Relief from pain starts with clear answers and a plan you can trust.
Patients come to see Dr. Schicker because they want to understand what is causing their pain and what their real options are. His patient-focused approach begins with careful diagnosis, clear explanations, and treatment decisions made with long-term movement and quality of life in mind.
Ligament, tendon, and cartilage injuries caused by sport, work, or lifestyle. The goal is safe recovery and a confident return to activity.
Standalone regenerative services, including PRP injections and peptide therapy, offered as non-surgical or supportive treatment options.
Clinical management for pain, numbness, and loss of function in the hand & wrist. Cautious treatment: surgery only when it is truly needed.
Advanced treatment for hip, knee, & shoulder arthritis, including minimally invasive and outpatient joint replacement if appropriate.
Arthroscopic and reconstructive care for shoulder pain, instability, and restricted movement that interferes with daily activities or sleep.
Dr. Mike Schicker provides thoughtful orthopedic care for hand and wrist conditions, sports injuries, joint pain, and regenerative treatments. His focus is on helping patients move more comfortably, recover with confidence, and return to the activities that matter to them.

For your first consultation with Dr. Schicker, you should bring your referral (if required) and medical insurance details. For patients in the North Idaho area, we can usually access previous CT scans, x-rays, MRIs or other imaging. However, if you are coming from outside the area or have recently moved, please bring these with you.
New patients should arrive a few minutes ahead of their scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork.
